Sun Glare

Both visible and UV sunlight can cause permanent damage to your eyes. Be sure to select sunglasses that have dark lenses and reduce glare. Dark colours that filter blue light - grey, brown, or green - will minimize glare.

Summer Sunshine

Intense summer sun can be hard on the skin. Antioxidents like vitamins C, E, and A are good for the body in general, but can also curb damage to skin cells that cause signs of aging.
